Too busy to make? THIS is your day to come and play: tune into your intuition and get inspired to write, draw or craft, no experience needed. Super relaxing, give it a go, your first class is free. Starts 7.30pm London time.

Sacred Sounds Bedtime Sound Bath (online)

Release the blocks holding you back and recharge your creative energy.  This is a Tuning Fork Sound Bath with angelic healing online each month. Just turn up in your PJs and enjoy the harmonies and healing.  "The best night's sleep I’ve had in ages! I was so relaxed."

Tuning Fork Sound Bath with Angelic Healing

Release your worries, feel nurtured, nourished and rebalance. If you've never been to a sound bath before, this is a great one to start with - gentle but powerful. This is a small group session that includes one-to-one healing. 2nd Friday each month at Dorchester Yoga Centre, Dorset DT1 1TU:
